DELIVERY INFORMATION
Items will be posted to you, the consumer, via recorded delivery. This cost will be in addition to the purchasing price.

LOSS PREVENTION
To prevent garments going missing recorded delivery is requested. Parties on both sides will only post out garments this way so that there is someone to sign for them on arrival.

DELIVERY AREAS
graduatefashionshop.co.uk agrees to deliver to all United Kingdom addresses. graduatefashionshop.co.uk classes the United Kingdom as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands) and Wales.


QUALITY & CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
graduate fashion shop has a no returns policy, however, if goods are faulty or of unsatisfactory quality then we will reimburse a customers money. graduate fashion shop has an obligation never to knowingly sell any item of which the quality is not fit for purpose. Care instructions or disclaimers will be provided to the customer. These instructions can be either on a care label or hand written on paper and sent alongside garment.
